Bayern Munich tied 1-1 with Hoffenheim in the German League

Bayern Munich tied with Hoffenheim 1-1 in the match that brought them together at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena, in the 26th round of the German Bundesliga.

Christoph Baumgartner scored the first goal of the match for Hoffenheim in the 32nd minute, before Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scored the equalizer for the Bavarian team in the 45th minute of the match.

Bayern’s line-up against Hoffenheim is as follows:

Bayern Munich, led by coach Julian Nagelsmann, leads the German league with 60 points, while Hoffenheim is fifth in the table with 44 points.

The Bavarian team failed to restore the tone of victories in the German League, after it tied its guest Bayer Leverkusen with a goal each, in the confrontation that took place between them at the Allianz Arena, as part of the twenty-fifth round competitions.

Bayern Munich swept its Austrian counterpart Salzburg 7-1 in the match that was held at the “Allianz Arena”, in the second leg of the 16th round of the Champions League for the current season 2021-2022.

Bayern Munich qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, where the Bavarian will await the result of the draw, which will be held on Friday, March 18, in the French city of Nyon.
