
Bayern Munich sets the final price for Lewandowski’s transfer to Barcelona
Bayern Munich has decided its financial demands once and for all in order to agree to the transfer of Bavarian striker Robert Lewandowski to Barcelona.
The Polish Robert Lewandowski has a contract with Bayern Munich that ends in June 2023, but he decided to leave the German giant for a new experience away from the German League.
The Catalan newspaper “Sport” reported that Bayern officials had set 40 million euros in one go, for the transfer of Polish star Lewandowski to Barca.
She added that the Bayern administration rejected the second offer made by Barcelona, amounting to 32 million euros, in addition to other financial incentives for the inclusion of Lewandowski.
On the other hand, the Barcelona administration believes that 40 million euros in exchange for an exaggerated amount on the part of the Bayern administration, to include Lewandowski, especially as it does not suit his condition due to the arrival of the 33-year-old.
The newspaper confirmed that Lewandowski will escalate his crisis with Bayern Munich, in order to push them to agree to his departure to Barcelona, especially since he decided not to join the preparation camp for the new season 2022-2023.
It is worth noting that the Barcelona administration has terminated its agreement with Lewandowski regarding the signing of a two-year contract with an extension for a third season.
