Rafinha goes to Chelsea and Di Maria S to Juventus tomorrow
Press reports revealed today, Tuesday, that Argentine star Angel Di Maria may sign his contract with Juventus on Wednesday, after the end of the Paris Saint-Germain stage.
The right winger took weeks to reflect on his decision after leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free player, as he favored Barcelona as well as Juventus.
Negotiations escalated rapidly over the past few days, with Juventus agreeing with him on a one-year contract, worth around €7.5m per season plus performance-related bonuses.
Football Italia reported that Di Maria is set to sign his transfer contracts to Juventus on Wednesday.
The player is still on vacation in Spain, so it is possible that he has already undergone medical treatment in secret.
The 34-year-old made 122 caps for Argentina, scoring 25 goals and winning the Copa America last summer.

British press reports revealed that Chelsea had reached an agreement with Leeds United on the deal of Brazilian midfielder Rafinha during the current summer transfer period.
And the British newspaper, “Daily Mail”, reported that Chelsea spoiled Arsenal’s attempts to sign Rafinha in the current summer Mercato.
The newspaper added that Chelsea and Leeds are in an advanced stage of negotiations to end the Rafinha deal, and it remains only to agree with the player’s agent regarding personal terms and the contract.
It is expected that the financial value of the Chelsea contract with Rafinha will reach about 65 million euros, in addition to the variables.
And press reports had recently confirmed that Brazilian Rafinha would prefer to move to Arsenal during the current summer transfer period.
David Ornstein, a journalist with the British newspaper “The Athletic”, said that the Brazilian Rafinha expressed his conviction in the Arsenal project under the leadership of coach Mikel Arteta, as he sees him as the best for him at the competitive level in the Premier League.
Ornstein added that Rafinha chose to join Arsenal, despite the interest of several other European clubs to join him this summer, led by Barcelona, Liverpool and Tottenham, respectively.
It is worth noting that the Brazilian Rafinha participated in 36 games with Leeds United in all competitions, and scored 11 goals and 3 assists.
