Disaster for Manchester City

Ahead of the Champions League final, Sport1 confirmed that there was a disaster for Manchester City during the last training.

Midfielder Ilkay Gundogan suffered an injury while participating in the last training session.

The injury of the German player is a bruise he suffered during a tackling with his colleague Fernandinho in the last training at the Dragao Stadium.

The German website confirmed that the player felt pain in the left thigh.

The participation of the Manchester City midfielder in the expected final match is very doubtful now.

It is noteworthy that the player left the field early in the second half during the match against Brighton in the Premier League.

Guardiola, coach of Manchester City, did not risk him and excluded him from the last round of the competition.

In that round last week, City beat Everton 5-0 at the finale of the Premier League.

Doubts will arise over the German player’s participation with his national team in Euro 2020, which is scheduled for next June 11.

However, City is doing well this season and the coach is hoping to win the Champions League for the first time in the club’s history.
