England defeats Senegal and qualifies to face France in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup


After the victory of the England national team, the England national team qualified for the quarter-finals of the World Cup Qatar 2022, after its great victory over its Senegalese counterpart, 3-0, in the match that brought them together on Sunday evening at Al-Bayt Stadium in the round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup, which Qatar will host until December 18.


England will face France in the quarter-finals, who earlier beat Poland 3-1.


Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson scored England’s first goal in the 38th minute of the match, after Bellingham’s cross.


Superstar Harry Kane added the second goal for the Three Lions in the third minute of time instead of missing it in the first half, to become the historic top scorer for the English in major tournaments (the World Cup and the Euro) with 11 goals, ahead of Gary Lineker with 10 goals.


In the second half, Bukayo Saka strengthened the Three Lions’ lead by scoring the third goal in the 57th minute, after a cross from his colleague Phil Foden.
