Huge Fines on Several Saudi Clubs

 

The problems of Saudi Arabia’s football clubs do not stop. The Disciplinary Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation decided to impose a fine on a number of clubs.

According to reports, the committee imposed a fine of 155,000 Saudi Riyals on Al-Ittihad Club. It also gave a warning of severe penalties in case of not abiding by the decisions of the Dispute Resolution Chamber issued to Omar Assem Bukhari and “Hajer” Club.

In addition, the committee punished Al-Ittihad with a fine of 10,000 Saudi Riyals for failing to comply with the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber, issued to Omar Asem Bukhari in September 2020.

Also, the committee fined Hajer Club 145,000 Saudi Riyals as the club failed to comply with the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber, issued to the club on the 31st of Last June. The Dean was notified in writing, but there was no indication of the implementation of the decision.

The committee warned the management of Al-Ittihad, in the case of failure to comply with the decision within 30 days, of imposing the penalties mentioned in art. 85 par. 4 in an unappealable decision. The penalty drops when the club complies.

Similarly, Al-Orobah Club was not safe. The committee imposed a fine of 20,000 Saudi Riyals on the club for not complying with the decision of the. Dispute Resolution Chamber, issued to both Lotfi Bin Mohammed El-Tayeb Jabara and Mohammed Ali Rabei. It gave a warning of imposing the penalties mentioned in art. 85 in the case of failure to comply with the decision within 30 days.
