
Inter Milan sets its conditions for renewing loan of Lukaku
Inter Milan, the Italian club, set its conditions for renewing the contract of Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku with the Nerazzurri at the end of the current season 2022-2023.
Inter Milan signed Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea striker, for a season on loan last summer.
The Italian “Calciomercato” website stated that Inter officials are looking forward to renewing the 29-year-old Romelu Lukaku’s loan contract for another season, but on the condition that the Belgian star’s salary be reduced in addition to the value of the deal with the Blues.
The site added that Romelu Lukaku’s performance with Inter this season 2022-2023 will play a major role in determining the player’s future within the Nerazzurri by deciding on a loan for another season.
Romelu Lukaku left Inter Milan in the summer of 2021 for his old club, Chelsea, in a deal worth 113 million euros.
Romelu Lukaku participated in 6 matches with Inter Milan in all competitions this season 2022-2023, and scored two goals.
Inter Milan is preparing to face Napoli in a fiery summit in the Italian League next January 4, at the Nerazzurri stadium, as part of the 16th round of the Calcio competition.
