Klopp: We were unlucky against Tottenham and we are not disappointed

 

German coach Jurgen Klopp confirmed that his team was not lucky to draw with Tottenham, noting at the same time that his team did not disappoint with the draw.

The positive tie 1-1 settled the events of the Liverpool team match against Tottenham, during the match that brought the two teams together this evening, Saturday, at “Anfield”, in the 36th round of the English Premier League this season.

“I am very happy with the team’s performance and proud of the mentality we showed against a good opponent,” Klopp said in his comments after the match.

And in conclusion: “We must continue to progress and there are still matches. I am not disappointed as some think, there are still matches and we will go to them.”

The Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, witnessed his 250th appearance with his team, Liverpool, in various competitions since his first appearance with the Reds, and he played the full match today.
