Manchester City beat Watford 3-1 in the match that took place between them on Saturday evening at Vicarage Road, as part of the fifteenth round of the English Premier League for the current season 2021/22.

City goals came through Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva (two goals) in the 4th, 31st and 63rd minutes, respectively.

While Watford’s only goal was scored by Juan Hernandez in the 74th minute of the match.

With this result, Manchester City rose to the top of the English Premier League standings with 35 points collected from winning in 11 games, drawing in 2 and losing 2, scoring 32 goals and receiving only 9.

While Watford was in the 17th place in the English Premier League table with 13 points, collected from winning 4 matches, drawing 1 and losing 10 matches, scoring 20 goals and receiving 29.

According to the Opta global network specialized in football numbers and statistics, only Mohamed Salah (7) beats Bernardo Silva (5) in scoring away goals this season.

Bernardo Silva scored his fifth goal against Watford, more than any other team.
