Argentina captain, Lionel Messi, talks about reaching Copa América final after winning against Colombia.

Argentina managed to win over Colombia on penalties after the match ended in a positive tie with one goal each.

Messi expressed his happiness at qualifying for the final in which Argentina will compete with Brazil, the host country.

After the match, Messi wrote, via Facebook, “Proud and happy to belong to this team. Another goal has been achieved. thank God that I continue to live these moments. Let’s go to glory.”

This is the fourth time Messi plays in the Copa América final.

He lost the last three times, to Brazil in 2007, and to Chile in 2015 and 2016.

The brilliant goalkeeper, Emiliano Martinez, saved three penalties from Davinson Sánchez, Yerry Mina, and Edwin Cardona.

On the other hand, Lionel Messi, Leandro Paredes, and Lautaro Martínez scored for Argentina, qualifying for the final.

In the match, Lautaro Martinez scored the first goal for Argentina in the 7th minute after a pass from Messi.

On the other hand, Luis Díaz scored for Colombia in the 60th minute after a powerful shot in a difficult angle.

Brazil’s national team managed to reach the final after beating Peru 1-0.

Despite reaching the final, Argentina is not doing a very good job, and the performance of a number of players is declining.
