Arteta’s statements about seeking to snatch the lead in the English Premier League from the first round

Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta, who is professional in his Egyptian squad, Mohamed Elneny, spoke about the Gunners’ final preparations before the start of the English Premier League tomorrow, against Crystal Palace.

In the introductory press conference for the Crystal Palace match, Arteta said: We want to be at the top of the league standings, and we will do our best, and strive to be at the top of the league standings and at the top.

And Arteta added: What happened to us last year in the league opener against Brentford was unique and strange, and we are now very excited to start the new season.

In response to a question, will the Crystal Palace match tomorrow be similar to the Brentfood match last season? Arteta replied: “What happened before that match at Brentford was strange and unique, but Crystal Palace showed last season how difficult it was to beat them, and I hope we learned from what happened last season.”

And the Spanish coach continued: “We are still open in the transfer market, and it is possible that we sign new deals in the coming period, and the players in the Arsenal team are currently specific and their role is known, as for Gabriel Jesus, he will have a different role than he had with Manchester City.”

And the Arsenal coach continued about the injuries: It is possible that one of the quartet will be absent from Emile Smith Rowe, Tomiasso, Tierney and Vieira.

Mikel Arteta added: “The current players are specific and fit the way we want to play.”

The first matches of the English Premier League for the next season 2022/23 will kick off tomorrow, Friday, between Crystal Palace team and its professional counterpart, Arsenal, in its ranks, Mohamed Elneny, at exactly nine o’clock in the evening Cairo time.
