Mohamed Salah competes with Messi and Lewandowski in the final list of “The Best” award

The International Football Association “FIFA” announced the final list that will compete for the award for the best player in the world for 2021, and the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah’s competition was limited to the first three advanced places.

He will compete with Argentine star Lionel Messi and Poland’s Lewandowski, and this will be announced during a ceremony to be organized by FIFA on January 17th.

More than a month ago, FIFA revealed a list of 11 players competing to enter the final list.

The Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, came at the top of the list, which also included strong names, the Argentine Lionel Messi, the Paris Saint-Germain star and the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the Manchester United striker.

And Lewandowski was the winner of last year’s award 2020, after leading Bayern Munich to win the German League treble, the German Cup and the European Champions League.

International Mohamed Salah is preparing to lead the Egyptian national team in the 2021 African Cup of Nations, which will be hosted in Cameroon from January 9 to February 6.

Egypt is competing in Group D in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, with Nigeria, Guinea Bissau and Sudan, respectively.

Mohamed Salah dreams of achieving a championship with the Egyptian national team by winning the 2022 African Nations title in Cameroon, especially since he has not achieved this title before with the Pharaohs, as the cup has been absent from the team’s coffers since 2010.

Egypt is scheduled to open its 2021 Africa Cup of Nations campaign in Cameroon, against Nigeria on January 11th.
