The “Global Goal” website revealed the result of the referendum that it conducted to choose the best player in the world, where our Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool striker, came in fourth place, while the Argentine legend Lionel Messi, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, won the highest vote.

The global website revealed that the referendum was attended by more than 14 million people around the world, and that Mohamed Salah was the most voted in the country of Great Britain, surpassing Polish star Robert Lewandowski by only one goal.

Salah came fourth after the trio of Lionel Messi (leader), Cristiano Ronaldo (runner-up), and Robert Lewandowski (third place), while Al-Ahly star Mohamed Sherif ranked 49th.
