The data of the only company in the world that has the rights to sell tickets at the events of the International Football Association “FIFA” revealed that among the visitors to the World Cup, the Mexican audience was the largest in the last three World Cups.
In addition to qualifying for the Qatar World Cup 2022, the Mexican team, led by Argentine Gerardo Martino, is also seeking to pass the Round of 16 in the World Cup away from home.
Mexico is also preparing for the third and final stage of the World Cup 2022 qualifications for North and Central America. They begin next September and continue until March 2022.
The final stage of the North and Central American qualifications will be in a single 8-team group format.
The first three teams qualify directly for the World Cup in Qatar. However, the fourth team competes in the international playoff. It also includes a team from Asia, a team from South America, and another from Oceania.
