Champions League.. Pioli warns AC Milan players before facing Dinamo Zagreb
Milan coach Stefano Pioli has revealed what his team should avoid in tomorrow’s Champions League match against Dinamo Zagreb, calling on his players to focus.
The Italian coach met the media ahead of the crucial Champions League match on Croatian soil, where the Rossoneri must avoid defeat to keep their hopes of qualifying.

“This match means a lot, we want to get to the last match with the chance to qualify, so we need an important performance,” the coach said in a press conference.
He added: “Dynamo close spaces well, they are dangerous on the counter-attack, they are complete and we have to pay attention, they have achieved great results, they have not lost at home since 2021, so we must focus and be aware of our qualities.”
He continued: “We need focus and clarity, Dinamo has not lost a game at home since December 2021, it is a difficult opponent, we need to deal with the match well.
And he concluded: “Sometimes, the team is very tired and tomorrow, it should not happen, for me, every match is important, we prepare for every match as if it was the last.”
Both Dinamo and Milan got four points in their first four matches in Group E of the Champions League, while Salzburg and Chelsea each got six and seven points, respectively.
The Rossoneri have won their last four league games and are three points behind leaders Napoli.
