And the English newspaper, “Mirror”, stated that the English Premier League competitions will resume next week, but there are doubts about holding it after the matches that will be held in the capital, London, due to the funeral of Queen Elizabeth next Monday.

The newspaper added that the Premier League hope to play as many matches of the eighth round as possible, but they face a huge challenge, especially in London with police on standby ahead of the Queen’s official funeral.

The newspaper pointed out that the circumstances of the official funeral of Queen Elizabeth, and the security preparedness in Britain, may prompt the Premier League administration to amend the venues for the eighth round matches.

The newspaper pointed out that there are attempts to amend the venues for the eighth round matches, especially in London, where it was suggested that Tottenham would travel to Leicester and Chelsea would move to Anfield, but the clubs are not expected to agree to these proposals.
