Real Madrid qualified for the Champions League semi-finals despite the fall against Chelsea
The Spanish team Real Madrid snatched the ticket to qualify for the semi-finals of the European Champions League, despite falling to its counterpart Chelsea, 3-2 in the extra rounds of the fiery confrontation that brought them together today, Tuesday, at the “Santiago Bernabeu”, in the second leg of the quarter-finals.

Mason Mount scored the first goal for Chelsea with a powerful shot in the 15th minute of the match, and Antonio Rudiger added the second goal against Real Madrid in the 51st minute of the match.
Timo Werner strengthened the Chelsea team’s lead with the third goal in the 75th minute, before Rodrigo scored the first goal for the royal in the 80th minute of the match, to move the match to extra runs after the original time ended 3-1, which is the same as the result of going.
In the extra time, Karim Benzema scored the second goal for Real Madrid in the 96th minute of the match.

The Real Madrid team managed to achieve a great victory over its counterpart Chelsea, by three goals to one, in the first leg of the quarter-finals, thanks to a hat-trick from its French star Karim Benzema, and this victory was the first in the history that Real Madrid achieved against Chelsea in all competitions, to break that “Royal” knot “The Blues”, which lasted for five previous matches.
It is noteworthy that Real Madrid needed to win or draw by any result, or even lose by one goal, to qualify for the semi-finals of the Champions League.
