Benzema on top.. Renewing the 5-star contract is a top priority for Real Madrid

The newspaper added that Real Madrid has on the table the files of many players who are close to fulfilling their contracts, the most urgent being Luka Modric, which expires in June.

And the newspaper continued, explaining that by next year 2023 there will be five players who can leave Real Madrid, including 3 stars, including veterans, Karim Benzema, Toni Kroos and Nacho, and there are two others, Asensio and Ceballos, with an uncertain future in a mature stage in their career.

On the other hand, Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti gave Real Madrid players a long vacation after a hard season, in which the team crowned the Spanish League and the 2021-2022 Champions League.

And the Spanish newspaper “AS” reported that Real Madrid players had a negative rest after ending a historic season for Meringhi by winning the League and Champions League titles, with everyone returning on July 8 to start the preparation camp in the sports city “Valdebebas”, in preparation for the new season.

Real Madrid is scheduled to take a pre-season tour in the United States, and the players will be joined by the international elements returning from the international stop camp with their national teams.
