The Future of Kylian Mbappe in Paris Is in Doubt

The future of Kylian Mbappe is still the talk of the summer. The striker’s current contract with Paris Saint-Germain will expire within 12 months.

The France international has repeatedly expressed his respect for Paris Saint-Germain. Still, he has not shown any signs of being ready to conclude a new deal. Thus, the club is deeply concerned.

Now, reports in France claim that Mbappe has already made up his mind. He told PSG he wants to leave.

Daniel Riolo of RMC Sport said, “I know that Mbappe asked to leave. But, it is complicated because he first has to find a club that has the money to pay it. However, the news is that he doesn’t really want to stay.”

“The player does not believe in the Leonardo project. If he doesn’t leave this summer, he’ll be free next season. While the owners of Paris Saint-Germain do not want to hear news about the future of Kylian Mbappe outside the Princes Park.

“If Mbappe expresses his desire to leave. It means that he will have to find a club. And PSG will need to look for a replacement.

“But yes, the news is that Mbappe does not want to stay at PSG.”

If the reports are correct, it will be music in the ears of Real Madrid president Florentino Perez. He has been a longtime fan of the striker. And he is eager to bring him to Santiago Bernabeu.

Perez was careful not to upset PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi. They shared a cordial professional relationship so far.

But, with such news, the Real Madrid President may be tempted to test the situation this summer.
