The Number “500” Adorns Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar

500 days separate football fans around the world from the start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. That was the message of Al Bayt Stadium.

On this occasion, GWC made a quantum leap. It is the regional supporter and official logistics provider for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

The company highlighted the amount of work surrounding the championship. In fact, it is only 500 days away from its launch.

A fleet of GWC trucks made their way to the iconic Al Bayt Stadium. They drew the number “500” as a sign of celebrating the occasion.

The leading logistics and supply chain solutions company in the State of Qatar cooperates with FIFA. It also works with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Partnership LLC.

It all comes down to providing logistics services before, during, and after the tournament.

FIFA Marketing Director Jean-Francois Pathy said, “Strategic partnerships will play a key role in the success of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.”

He continued, “It is great to see one of our regional supporters spreading its expertise and infrastructure with such distinctive creativity in celebrating this achievement.”

The World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 21 to December 15 next year.
