Torres and Savic are threatened with a 12-game ban after Atletico Madrid and Barcelona suffocated
The duo, Ferran Torres, Barcelona striker, and Stefan Savic, Atletico Madrid defender, are threatened with suspension for a period ranging from 4 to 12 matches, after the quarrel that occurred between them at the top of the 16th round of the Spanish League yesterday, Sunday.

In the 92nd minute of the Atletico Madrid summit against Barcelona, Ferran Torres and Stevan Savish entered into a quarrel similar to wrestling inside the stadium, which led to them getting a direct red card.
The Catalan newspaper “Sport” stated that the Competitions Committee of the Spanish Football Federation is the one that will determine the penalty for such incidents inside the stadium in the matches.
And the newspaper confirmed that if this incident is classified as an “assault”, both Savic and Ferran Torres will be suspended from 4 to 12 matches.
The newspaper revealed the report of the referee of the Atletico Madrid and Barcelona match regarding the incident, which came as follows:
“In the 90th minute, the player (11) Ferran Torres was expelled because the opponent continued to be pulled by his hair … and in the 90th minute, the player (15) Stefan Savic was expelled for pulling the opponent from his neck, using his arm with excessive force.”
