Wolfsburg decides to sack Omar Marmoush coach at the end of the season

The German club Wolfsburg, in whose ranks the Egyptian international Omar Marmoush plays, announced the end of his relationship with coach Florian Kohfeldt after the end of the season officially in the Bundesliga, and the team occupied the thirteenth place with 42 points.

Wolfsburg tied in its final match in the German League with Bayern Munich, the leader with 77 points.

And Wolfsburg confirmed, in an official statement on its official website, the coach’s departure by mutual consent, after the two parties agreed on the decision.

“We regret this development, but we would like to thank coach Florian Kohfeldt for his leadership of the team during the difficult period and his ability to remain with the club in the German League, despite the relegation risks we faced,” said Jörg Schmidtke, the club’s managing director.

Florian Kohfeldt decided not to rely on Omar Marmoush at the beginning of the season, which caused the departure of the young star to the ranks of Stuttgart on loan until the end of the season.

Marmoush is scheduled to return to his club again at the start of the preparations for the new season in the German Premier League.
