World Cup 2022.. Cavani and Suarez top the list of Uruguay and include Araujo

Diego Alonso, coach of the Uruguay national team, announced the list of the 2022 World Cup, which will be hosted by Qatar, from November 20 to December 18, in 8 different stadiums.

The Uruguayan squad witnessed the presence of Luis Suarez, the former Barcelona star and the current Nacional team, in addition to Edinson Cavani, the top scorer for the Spanish team Valencia, despite his injury during the recent period.

Real Madrid star Fede Valverde was also present, after his great brilliance with the royal team, and Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo, although he did not recover from the surgery he underwent.

The Celeste team is competing in the Qatar World Cup, in the eighth and final group, along with Portugal, Ghana and South Korea.

The Uruguayan squad list is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Muslera, Rochet, Sosa.

Defense: Jimenez, Coates, Godin, Caceres, Araujo, Rodriguez, Espina, Oliveira and Fina.

Midfield: Bentancur, Valverde, Carballo, Ficino, De Arrascaeta, Pelicer.

Forwards: Satriano, Torres, Nunez, Cavani, Suarez, Lopez.
